In mid-November this year we have started works relating to stage I of the construction of Forest office development

The Forest campus, an eco-friendly design of HB Reavis – a Slovakian property developer, will comprise a 120-metre high tower building along with the adjacent buildings with 6 to 8 storeys each.

Nearly 78,000 m2 of floor space will be handed over for offices, catering units, commercial premises and a public access green court where approximately 200 trees and an equal number of shrubs will be planted. The office development will be a low-energy solar control glass structure with a special triple silver coating that will provide the employees with a clear view and an optimum thermal comfort. Green roof terraces that will allow vegetables to be grown and provide a comfortable outdoor break out space as well as all environmentally friendly solutions have made Forest one of the most “green” designs in Poland, certified under BREEAM, BREEAM Communities and WELL systems. 

Under a contract concluded with HB Reavis Construction Elektromontaż Poznań will provide high current electrical systems for the so-called stage I of the campus construction. 

The works are scheduled to be completed in August 2021.
