Scope of works: Design documentation and building constructions: building and initiation of Hv and Mv transformer station with concomitant infrastructure; power generator of Hv and Mv station with two 110 kV overhead single-track lines; building of access and internal roads together with car parks; building of junctions to existing water pipe network; launching telemechanics and telecontrolling and reproducing the read of the connectors, automation and measurements; introducing data transmission from electric energy measurement arrangements.
 

Construction site: Main supply terminal 30/110 kV as a part of the wind farm in Tychowo

Elektromontaz Poznań S.A. is a General Contractor

Implementation: II Q 2008 – IV Q 2008.

Scope of works: 30 kV cable lines, 20 windmills of the „Tychowo” wind power plant are connected via: 17.85 km long 30 kV cable line (including via optical fibre cable duct system) to Kończewo (GPZ) substation, 2 km of 110 kV overhead line, comprehensive construction of a GPZ 30/110 kV substation, substation buildings, internal roads, foundations under devices, SCADA remote control engineering.

A detailed scope of works performed by our company encompasses provision and commissioning of: A 63 kVA 3-phase overhead oil-immersed transformer for the company’s own needs, three-pole overhead power circuit breaker 123 kV/31.5kA/3150A, HV 123kV Combined current and voltage transformer, 123kV current transformer, nine SN-30kV switch bays, LV switchgear (for the company’s own needs, secondary circuits, control and adjustments circuits).

Construction site: Transformer station 110/15 kV in the Bridgestone factory in Poznań

Scope of works: External installations: cabling 110 kV HV cable, replacement of 15 kV MV cable; High current internal installations: construction of 110/15 kV station, delivery and installation of 35-pole, 2-system and 2-section BRDA switchgear (produced by ZPUE Elektromontaz Poznan) , internal installations in 110/15 kV station building, construction of new 110/15 kV transformer station in the Bridgestone production facility in Poznan

Construction site: “Bema” 110/15 kV distribution substation in Poznań

Investor: Zakład Energetyczny Poznań                   

Implementation: 4 Q

Scope of works: Elektromontaż Poznań carried out installation of the facility as the general contractor. The contract included comprehensive civil works, water and sewer works and electrical works on high current systems. Piling works for 110 kV instrumentation were carried out and the following were installed: poles, 110 kV circuit breakers, disconnectors, current and voltage transformers, earthing switches and 110 kV overhead line branches, MV switchgears, control and metering cabinets, and protection devices.
