He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology and the annual management program "Management" at the ICAN Institute, developed on the basis of the Harvard Business School program. He is a member of the Wielkopolska Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers. 

In the years 1985 - 1994 he worked at Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowania i Realizacji Inwestycji Agromet Projekt. 

In 1994 he started working at Budimex S.A., going through the next levels of professional promotion. In 2001, he took the position of the Regional Director responsible, inter alia, for supervising and coordinating the implementation of construction investments in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, and then in Warsaw and the surrounding area. 

In 2006 - 2007 he supervised the implementation of contracts in the Eastern markets, initially as the Director of the Kaliningrad Region Russia, and then - Director of the Eastern Market Branch (Russia, Uzbekistan and Belarus). 

From 2008 - as the Director of the Northern Branch, he managed the process of implementation of construction investments in the following provinces: Wielkopolskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Pomorskie and Kujawsko-Pomorskie.
